• Ensure that all personal and payment details on your account remain accurate and up to date.

VIP77 will not compensate for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach resulted from a failure to keep your credentials secure on your end. Where unauthorised access is reported promptly and credibly, VIP77 support will investigate and take appropriate action.

VIP77 accepts deposits in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card, credit card, and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to you. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is detected, VIP77 reserves the right to hold the deposit pending verification and, if the deposit cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, to return the funds to the originating account and suspend the player account.

• Deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider.
• If a deposit has not reflected in your VIP77 balance within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• VIP77 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. VIP77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawals are in PKR.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while one is already active may cause the first bonus to be forfeited.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, multiple accounts, or coordinated wagering is considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings.
• VIP77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The VIP77 loyalty programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. All new registrations begin at Bronze level and progress is based on qualifying wagering activity across casino games, slots, bingo, and sports betting.

• VIP points accumulate from qualifying PKR bets. The rate at which points accumulate may differ between game categories.
• VIP tier reviews are conducted monthly. Tier upgrades take effect at the start of the following calendar month after thresholds are reached.

• VIP tier can be maintained or lost based on activity levels in a rolling review period. Inactive accounts may see tier reductions after an extended period without qualifying activity.
• VIP rewards are credited to your account in PKR. Gold tier and above monthly cash rewards carry no wagering requirements.

All casino games, slot games, live dealer tables, and bingo rooms on VIP77 are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game rules and these general terms, the specific game rules apply to that game.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer processes. VIP77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or interruption during gameplay, bets that were placed and accepted before the interruption are settled according to the game outcome where that can be determined. Where it cannot, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VIP77 and will result in account suspension, balance review, and possible permanent closure:

• Opening more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted software to place bets or play games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical faults for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected technical error are void.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system through coordinated wagering, minimum-risk strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or any other form of bonus manipulation.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering using the VIP77 platform.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party.

VIP77 employs fraud detection systems that monitor accounts for unusual patterns. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, VIP77 may freeze the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation before taking further action.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, VIP77 may withhold the balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any bonus funds that had not met their wagering requirements.
